You know how it is, you just get busy and time gets away from you? No? Well, it does.
That, and my son moved out of town with his mother. Trust me, a melancholy mac isn't the best read. I have ran the full spectrum of emotions over that one. I've pretty much settled on his "mother is not a nice person" . I won't get into a name calling or blame contest....because that would make me an asshole too ;-)
Needing a smile, I found this:
If this doesn't warm your heart, not much will :-)

And apparently, the 'Apathy workshop' was cancelled due to lack of interest.
I understand all too well that feeling of melancholy. Yes, rise above name calling. Like me, you're better than that.
And that video certainly warms the heart. Thanks for sharing.
With respect and positive wishes, your way, Gary
But...name-calling is FUN, you big goof!
Thanks for sharing the video Mac.
It's been a while since I've seen a smile like that little girl, Pliny :-)

GOD bless those wonderful doctors and nurses.
Hello stranger!
Wow! That really made me smile :)
How the heck are you?
Yeah I know I haven't been around much either...Just been too busy to post.
I know the feeling, mac.
My oldest son turns 23 in January. The last time I saw him he was 4 1/2. His mother chose to take him from me and the court supported her even though she's a criminal (welfare fraud), mostly because I was on active duty in the army at the time.
Not every soldier gets a hug from his wife at the airport. I got served divorce papers.
Mac?
call me! on my 396 #
I can never find my #$%@# cell phone
Mac, you and I have arrived at exactly the same philosophical position regarding our exes and the havoc they attempt to wreak on father son relationships.
I wish you the best brother.
I was betting on her arrangement lasting 6 months, Harry.
As it turned out, she sent him back this week.
He took her 2011 Mustang on a joy ride, with permission, of course. She was about to push GTA charges on him. Instead, she sent him here.
The funny thing is, I mediated a reconciliation between them. I made it ok for him to return to her home.
I want my son, but not at the cost of a ruined relationship with his mother... It's not about me winning or losing. It's about seeing what's best for him.

Absolutely. Tell me mac, how'd you get so smart without Jeebus?
Don't tell me it's intuitive... ;-)
Was it because you spent too much time with "Peaches" that you're estranged, Mac?
